Miranda Lambert’s on a mission to find homes for pups Smoke and Bandit during CMA Fest

ABC/Image Group LANext month during CMA Fest, Miranda Lambert will once again bring her passion project to CMA Fest, as her MuttNation Foundation works to find homes for shelter pets at Fan Fair X.

Thursday on her socials, Miranda gave fans a preview of a couple of the pups who’ll be available for adoption inside Nashville’s Music City Center.

“Meet Smoke and Bandit!” she tweeted, along with a photo of the two dogs. “They showed up at the farm last week and we’re bringing them CMA Fest to get adopted.”

“No vacancy in our Mutt Motel!” she added. At last check, Miranda herself had adopted eight rescue animals.

Last year, fifty-five shelter pets found new homes during CMA Fest.  

On Thursday, June 6, Miranda will also lead the Mutt March from Nashville’s Nissan Stadium to Walk of Fame Park to celebrate the tenth anniversary of MuttNation.
