Granger Smith creates the River Smith Tribute Shirt to help the hospital that tried to save his son

BBR Though it’s only been a week since the tragic news that Granger Smith’s youngest son, River, passed away in a drowning accident at home, the singer has already launched an impressive fundraiser in the three-year-old’s honor.

Granger’s Yee Yee Apparel is offering the River Smith Tribute Shirt, with proceeds going to help Dell Children’s Medical Center, the Austin, Texas hospital that tried to save the youngster.

The t-shirt comes in red — River’s favorite color —  and has a picture of an excavator on the front, since watching excavators scoop dirt was one of his favorite pastimes.

You can order the $22 shirt at YeeYeeApparel.com. During the first two days it was available, it raised fifty-thousand dollars to help the hospital.
