Brantley Gilbert is going “country wide” with new album “Fire & Brimstone”

The Valory Music Co.Brantley Gilbert has called on a team of all-star collaborators for his new album. 

Brantley announced today that his new project, Fire and Brimstone, will be released this fall and finds the singer calling on a variety of country music heavy hitters including Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss and Jamey Johnson.

The album will feature 15 songs, all written by the singer.  One song seems him teaming up with Willie and his son Lukas Nelson, plus Colt Ford, on a track titled “Welcome to Hazeville,” while Alison and Jamey appear on the title track. 

The collection also includes his duet with Lindsay Ell, “What Happens in a Small Town,” which is currently in the top 15 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, and other previously released tracks “Man That Hung the Moon” and “Not Like Us.”

The latter song serves as the namesake of Brantley’s current tour, which wraps up October 11 in Charlotte, NC. His second annual Kick it in the Ship fan cruise travels from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico November 4-8.  

Fire & Brimstone will be released on October 4.
