ABC/Image Group LAThomas Rhett recently teamed up with Crown Royal to give four military moms a surprise they won’t soon forget, just in time for Mother’s Day.
The four moms believed they were flying to Florida to meet TR and help him put together care packages for active-duty service members. While the mothers did get to meet the singer and share a meal with him, he also had something else up his sleeve: He played each of the moms an audio message from their active-duty sons and daughters, which brought them to tears.
But that’s when things got even better: TR then revealed that the kids were actually there for an in-person reunion, and then they walked into the room. You can witness the emotional moment for yourself online.
You can also nominate someone you know who’s an outstanding M.O.M. — the acronym for Mothers of Military — on the site. Some will receive a custom military-grade medal, while others will be honored online.
