Columbia NashvilleYou can trace the skyrocketing career of Maren Morris this Friday, when her installment of Artist Spotlight Stories premieres on YouTube Music.
She teased the mini-documentary on her socials on Tuesday, and also shared a short clip.
“It can be tough to look back, but it’s better with a wider (and wiser) lens,” Maren says. “Let me tell you my whole story this Friday with a project YouTube Music and I have been working on the last few months.”
In the clip, Maren recalls how she was rejected by American Idol, The Voice, and America’s Got Talent.
“Pass on me again,” she says with a sly grin, “‘cause this is what happens.”
